Devonshire Village FAQ's

What are your application requirements?

We require a household income of at least 3x the rent amount.  We also conduct credit, criminal, and rental background checks.

How much is the security deposit?

Our security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

Devonshire Village's application fee is $25 for each applicant 18 years old or older. 
​We also require 10% of the security deposit when you submit the application.

The remainder of the security deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, and the first month's rent is due before moving in.

What leasing options are available?

Devonshire Village offers 12-month leases.

Are utilities included?

Heat and hot water are included in your monthly rent amount.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes.  We require our residents to have liability insurance with coverage of at least $100,000.  It is the responsibility of the resident to obtain and pay for the renter's insurance.

What are the occupancy limits?

Devonshire Village's occupancy standards are set by the local Board of Health and are as follows:  Studio - 2 people; One Bedroom - 3 people; and Two Bedroom - 5 people.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due on the first day of the month.

How can I pay my rent?

Devonshire Village only accepts online payments through your resident portal account.
Your options of payment are ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Moneygram.  Some of these options have added fees.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments?

Yes.  After the 5th of the month there is a $25 late fee.

How often is there a rent increase?

Rent increases are implemented upon renewal of the lease.  You will not be subject to a rent increase in the middle of your lease.

What are the pool hours and seasonal availability?

Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  The pool hours are as follows:  Memorial Day to mid-June 10:00am - 6:00pm; mid-June to Labor Day 10:00am - 8:00pm.

What are the hours of the leasing office?

Our leasing office is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am -5:30pm, and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Are your stoves gas or electric?

Our stoves are electric.

Do the apartment homes have microwaves?

Yes.  All of our homes have microwaves.

Are there laundry facilities in the community?

Every building in the Devonshire Village community has a laundry facility.

What property amenities are included?

Devonshire Village residents enjoy our seasonal pool, BBQ area, and sports court, which includes a basketball hoop, tennis, and 4-square.

What schools serve Devonshire Village?

Devonshire Village is located in the Manchester School District.  North West Elementary School, Parkside Middle School, and West High School.

Is Devonshire Village near any major transportation routes?

Yes.  Devonshire Village is near Route 3, Route 293, Route 93, and Route 101.
