|Recommended: YesLovely Place To Live — The rent is lower than anywhere in the area for the space you are getting. The maintenance staff is always on top of things and the office staff is super helpful. The only thing I could ask for is that the appliances were more modern and the showerheads were more adjustable for the height challenged.
|Recommended: YesWashing Machines — It will great if you can replace washing machines with new, In building 31 almost every week one or two washing machine are not working.

|Recommended: YesDecent Place — The two-bedroom is spacious, fair rent cost, and the layout is good. The parking is ample, as long as people follow the rules of only two vehicles per two-bedroom, one per one-bedroom, and their visitors park in the visitor's parking area. The lease lays out all the rules very well, but some people seem to not understand the rules or just won't follow the rules. You can hear noise from other apartments, but it's minimum. The noise in the corridors seems to radiate into my apartment easily.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place, That's Why I Came Back. — I lived here a couple years ago but moved out to live my significant other at the time. When it came time to find my own place again this was the first place I looked.
|Recommended: YesNice And Quiet Place — I like being here. Almost never hear my neighbors, I must be in the quiet building. The grounds always seem clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I've not had much experience with Maintenance but the one experience that I actually DID have was perfect. My one quibble is with the laundry situation...there's a machine that has been going to be replaced for a few months but hasn't yet. But that's not a big deal.
4.5 stars. This is a pretty darn good place to live.
