|Recommended: YesJust Moved In Last Weekend — I just moved in last weekend. Everything is good. Just want to mention that if you want a good parking spot don't get home a 1 30 am. Lol. The apartment was clean. The apartment manager and assistant in the office are very nice and helpful.

|Recommended: YesNew Tenent — Got a studio on the first floor three weeks back, and so far everything is going quite well, owing to the first floor status, I do hear the people around me including parking lot , but that's never been a concern of mine to begin with. Staff has been friendly and helpful, and my interactions with other tenants have been pleasant. I truly look forward to a long stay here.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Home — I just moved in this month and can't say enough about how nice it is here. Cheryl in the office was so nice and accommodating with me since I was in the hospital when I got approved for my apartment. She worked with me and my friends to make sure I did not lose out on the apartment. Tenants I've seen in my building so far have been very nice.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — Jamie the maintenance person came to our apartment today to fix a electric issue we where having he was amazing explained everything he was doing he was friendly and cleaned up after himself. I think he is one of best maintenance men and I have lived here 13yrs.

|Recommended: YesI Love This Place — One of the girls from the office, Cheryl, was very friendly and helpful when my place got destroy with the fire. Also, she did make an effort to get me a new temporary apartment. I'm very grateful for every thing she did for me.
|Recommended: YesAmazing — The property is amazing and it’s beautiful and as a young woman I feel safe here. The one downside is that in my building at least there is no elevator which can make moving and people who need accessibility a hassle.
